Moyuan Culture is a heritage-rich education brand with 25 years of history, known for its dedication to Chinese language and arts education. For decades, it thrived with one flagship store, a loyal clientele, and a strong reputation built on quality teaching and cultural preservation.

Under our strategic guidance, Moyuan has expanded from one to three locations, with plans for further growth. We have refreshed its brand identity, clarified its market positioning, and developed a long-term growth strategy that preserves its cultural roots while opening doors to new audiences. 

The Flame 红火 ​

The Flame is a high-end modern Chinese fusion restaurant located in Singapore’s iconic Club Street, where Sichuan’s fiery spice meets the refined elegance of Cantonese cuisine. 

Our involvement with The Flame covers the full spectrum of brand creation and growth: from positioning and visual identity to marketing strategy, social media presence, membership program development, and launch campaigns. With an emphasis on premium dining, memorable experiences, and cultural storytelling. The Flame is positioned to become a must-visit destination in Singapore’s dining scene.
